Named and shamed - Andy130
This has been dragging on over on another forum for over a month now. Andy has been caught with his pants down and still not coughing up whats owed! I don't believe davemartin the guy who got stung is on here but as andymcd posts on here as andy130 hopefully others won't get robbed!

Be careful of what? He's had plenty of time to reimburse davemartin, save himself the embarrassment of being shown up on here too but he's continued to string dave along, who is substantially out of pocket. Its not like i've made it up!

It's never good when this happens but unfortunately not everyone in this world is honest. When I sold all the parts off my ST I met up with the buyers and got cash for them. Likewise, I had to buy a standard catalytic converter because I had thrown mine out by mistake, so I drove a 200 mile round trip to pic another one up.
I was scammed once and I make sure it will never happen again

Wasn't having a bitch at you mate, but given the moderator logs showing andy130/andymcd posting from the same ip as the scammer its pretty conclusive, and he's been promising to pay dave back for 3 weeks now!

the pics are from his facebook account
the ad was posted from the same IP address he posts with
the western union account name was somebody with his same surname
he claims to know the culprit, but wont divulge their details
hes saying hes got the money back and will send it, but he hasnt
theres only so much u can try and explain away before u have to accept this guy has tried and failed to pull a fast 1, OR somebody in his close family has pulled a fast 1 and framed andy. either way, hes being non co-operative, and somebody in that household has this guys money, and is therefore nothing better than a thief, plain and simple

like i said i agree it dont sound right but if as he said it was someone else i fail to see exactly what he could do? i feel sorry for the man and i understand u wantin to help but u have done all u can, not really any need to involve yourself more than u have, just my opinion

yes m8 i read all that on the ft forum but still nothin sayin it was him pressin the keys, im also not sayin it wasnt him but neither of us will never actusally know an to be honest if it was me an someone hacked my account an did this i would try an help right up to the point i was spoken to like a nob then u would get told to fuck off, which it seems to me could have happened, or he could have done it an is gettin angry bout bein discovered yet again we will never know, i think its just gonna be a case of harsh lesson to learn im afraid
if some1 close to me scammed sum1 and framed me, i wouldnt cover for them! even if the person who had been scammed was giving me shit, id still get it sorted, not so much for the buyers sake, but so that the shit wasnt brought to my doorstep, and my tarnished reputation could be salvaged!
it can be sugar coated, and the fence can be sat on, but at the end of the day, he is now part of a scam, whether he was the culprit from day 1, or whether hes just now an accomplice to it by with-holding the culprits details and claiming to be returning funds when he is not

I bought some bits off of Andy on here. He was a bit slow with the postage and replying to my messages (about a week before I could get hold of him) so I had my doubts to begin with. However, he eventually called me and was very apologetic about the delay and seemed like a nice guy and it was all sorted out.

I am the guy who has been scammed. I had hoped this would have been sorted by now so this wouldn't have had to been posted on here n everybody could have carried on as normal but sadly it hasn't. As it has been stated above by rhino he says he is innocent n wasn't him but he knows who but won't give up the details to who it was. He was buying parts off another user to which he has asked for the money back from to pay me, he said I could have a postal order to which I declined due to the fact it could have got "lost" in the post to which he then said paypal would take longer to do, I no he has recieved the mobey off the other user n has cleared into his account so there is no reason for not paying me back but has had the money to buy parts off people on here in the mean time. All I want is my mobey back like andy has stated he will pay and I think it's a joke that it's had to come to all this to try n get the matter resolved.
