For anyone going Oulton park today keep a eye out in the paddock area for the black daily driven RS500 looking a bit tired and sad for its self

Good to see them used how a car is supposed to be used rather than living in a garage all year.

It looks like the owner has let his wife use it.. for a looooooooooong time!
I think the RS500 deserves a little bit more than that..
But the owner can do what he want..

How about mileage on this "stunner"??
And what would this be worth in the future??

I would love/hate to see a picture off the interior..

I think putting cars in garages and not using them does more harm than good. It makes me laugh when people spend ages restoring there cars then are scared to use them on case it gets dirty or damaged.

Cossies are always getting broken and nobody bats an eyelid. Here's one getting used for years and years without fail, that appeals to me a lot. Especially as its a 500. I'd probably do the same if I had one
Plus it looks hard as nail dirty!

There used to be one in Cheltenham years ago in a similar state with a badly fitted towbar, owned by a farmer from new and full of mud always! He knew exactly what it was though. Had a standard 3 door front bumper as he had bumped it drink driving and didn't bother fitting the correct bumper.
There's an e30 m3 convertible near me that's used daily and never cleaned! Their ultra rare!

Is this not the car that there was photos on here with it on ramps with a rotten chassis and floors? Would be nice too see it restored! I couldn't use it daily through the winter anyway.

This is the car a few months back at goodwood. I asked him if he was taking it around the track but he was driving an old car around, i think it was an E-type i can't remember exactly.
