Hi all

Thinking of getting an S class merc W220 S320 CDI, they are 194hp standard which seems a little low for a straight 6 tdi.

I am wondering if anyone has driven or been in a remapped one, whats it like ? Remapped on evo chips site is around 230hp and 400lb/ft!?

Hi pal only limted thing is the gearbox iv got one and its on its second box and the cars std lol

 

What happened to buying a DC2 and doing a front end conversion??

Yes warren I am on the 2nd passat now




But 80 miles driving like a granny costs me £30 in normal unleaded which takes the piss as its only 150hp and heavy.

these cars tend to suffer from rust badly mate, bottom of doors,front wings,rear archs ect, and the air suspention on them can go tits up too,not sure about remaps ect

nothing wrog with old man cars warren, this is my current cruiser

3.0l straight six, auto, electric everything, sat nav, the list goes on.......you can pick up some right bargains! might sell it soon if you fancy it Warren?!

 

The boot isnt big enough to hold more than 3 dead bodies at once, so Warren will have to pass on that I am afraid.
