44k power enhancer fuel system cleaner

Has anyone heard of or used this stuff?

A mate gave me a can yesterday, its the stuff kwik fit use as part of their service. but i've heard bad things from these cleaners on older engines. would i gain anything from it ?

Bilthamber do a Petrol tank cleaning kit , you,ll gain a clean fuel tank lol its gotta help !!
Never tried it myself but will do as they make their products in house and have a good reputation
