MPG Calculator
Being shite at maths, ive just conjured up this sum, to get my MPG, what i want to know is if its correct?
£1.35 @ litre (unleaded)
So -
4.5 litres = 1 gallon
4.5 litres @ £1.35 (litre of fuel) = £6.07
£45 fuel got me 200 miles
So
200 (Miles i did) divided by £6.07 (cost per gallon of fuel) = 32.9 miles to a gallon..
Correctay?

i think u see how many litres you put in ie say 50 litres.then divide by 4.5 which is about 11.1.that will give u how many gallons you put in.then you divide how far you travelled on that 11,1 gallons and that will give u your mpg

there you go, they've got it right.
so, best off brimming the tank and reseting the trip then drive normally until the tank is nearly empty and then rebrim the tank and not down how many mils you have done and how many litres you have put in.
then do litrs/4.546 to get your gallons and then
miles driven/gallons used = mpg.
