btw whatever you do don't take the pipes off the new matrix to make it easier to push the pipes through the rubber bung as it wont reseal.

Cut the rubber between the holes for the pipes that goes through the bulkhead and cover it in washing up liquid to enable them to push through. (the hardest part IMHO)

Also...

If its got aircon you need a BEHR Matrix not a normal Valeo one (BEHR ones are about £50 Valeo ones are about £35)

A score plus post?

So 22.50 or 23- it's as light as you like so should be cheap.

Sound ok?

No worries man.

I thought they were the same!

Fingers crossed the radweld holds it until he has it done!

Mine took about 9 hours on the drive with a poor tool set. Largely due to mucking around with the pattern matrix connectors not being on-centre with the bulkhead connector, so had to make the OEM casing fit the new matrix.

There's one bitch of a bolt/nut to get to right behind the manifold on the diesel - pretty much in the middle of the bulkhead.

CJwood, If you drop the 4 bolts on the drivers side engine mount, lower the engine on a jack and it tilts forward and gives you loads of room.
