Default Strange runnin prob, ignition/spark plug related

I went out in the car the other day, drove 10mins to a mates, parked up for an hour, then drove home 10 mins, parked for another hour, then went out, got 5mins down the road and it started runnin On 3 cylinders.

I pulled over, had a look about and if i pulled the lead off plug 2 and left it restin on top it ran fine but if i plugged it in properly it ran on 3 again!

I took the car home, pulled the plugs out and no2 was a bit dirtier than the others with a bit more carbon build up, not much but more than the others, the rest were fine.
I cleaned em with brake fluid and put em back in, alls fine again.

Now i went out in it again today, drove 45 mins, parked for 2hrs then drove 45mins back no problem, then got stuck in traffic and was sat for ages hardly movin and it dropped to 3 cylinders again, got through the traffic after 5/10mins and as soon as i started drivin normally again it pivked back up to 4 cylinders and ran fine all the way home.

Its a cossie with l8 wasted spark and fairly new denso plugs.
Any ideas?
Could it b overfuelling at idle causing it? Ive not had it setup properly yet but will asap.
But only 1 plug looked a little bit fouled up.

Any ideas?

could well be fuel related, what heat range of denso are you using and what power is the car?

Car is 400bhp@2bar but im only runnin 0.7bar at the mo cos i need a new charge cooler and any more boost and the charge temps get too hot.

Its got fresh fuel as my tank only holds 20litres lol. Shell optimax.

Plugs are from you/msd so whatever you recomends for T34, greys and 400bhp.

That power is right on the change over really, i would recomend IK27s for road use, but a swap to IK31s for hard track use.

I will have a look to see what ive got, it is a road car but gets used hard most of the time, but i do go to see mates and do normal drivin in it, and get stuck in traffic, just not very often. Dont go to work or shoppin in it lol.
But its not a track car. Just fast road i guess.

If it does it again i might throw some 071cs in untill its setup properly.
