Right 2 weeks ago i ordered,

After numerous attempts to contact them etc, i finally got my goods 8 days after ordering them....8 days i thought fook me shouldnt take that long...

So i decided to give them another chance, and on tuesday of last week i ordered a fuel filter, i got the email etc sayin they would be shipped out asap. Its now monday and im still waiting on them. Never will I use burton power again... I rang Graham Goode the other day, ordered a fuel pressure regulator andit was on my doorstep about 11am the following day... Pull your finger out BURTON!!!

 

Only ever had one problem with burton where they sent me the worng part. I got the correct part the next day by 11am without them recieving the incorrect part in return and they didn't debit my card either.

 

i never had any problems at all when ordering @ Burton.

 

ive not ordered anything in a while but they used to be spot on. and were very good about giving a full refund on an actuator after it was fitted and realised i couldnt use that one!

 

Just don't order anything by E-mail
I find it best to do it over the phone, never had any problems with them.

i always order by phone and ask for a name ,then you can pester them heheheh

 

burton have been sound when ive used them

 

ive had a few probs with burtons before.. either i had given the wrong card number on an order.. partly my fault but they never rang me to say this.. i contacted them 3 or 4 days later and finally got the order sorted..
it also took fucking TIME to get my adjustable TCA's from them

 

they had problems with there online system lately if you ordered it off there
if u do it over the phone i allways get bits next day

 

Bought loads bits from burton never had any faults great service every time normally have the stuff next day

 

pmsl demon tweeks rudey now there pricey

 

oredered piston rings and big end bearings other things from them...no problem with delivery was here 11 am nxt day...

The online service is a bit slow but when you ring up its normally there faster cant fault them really, dont think 8 days is that long to wait either unless you asked for next day

 

Use Burtons and Demon Twats
Never had a problem with either
