Looks like its the day for it - i've been called into a one to one at 2 for an hour - onr huge bollocking then!!!

just to let you know the laws have changed and there is no such thing as a "verbal warning" now

they have to give you written warnings every time and im not sure wether its 1-2-out
or 1-2-3-out
but for def written warning every time so you can tell your boss

Got a feeling its to do with be being caught on PF every day - 6-7 times a day LOL

I was given a warning last year for insinuating by email that the boss was a wanker.

It was worth it

 

I was praised for my work OMG wasnt expecting that - can still sit on PF how cool............
