Yeah, that's the RS Accessory bodykit, so a factory add on.

I quite like it, but always thought it looked a bit odd on the 1.6i models with the grey on the lower half of the doors etc. Seemed to suit lower spec cars better unless it was all colour coded!

a mate of mine used to have one like that in white and my cuz had a purple 16d one both had that kit
