Default Polishing / waxing after respray

Hi as above, how long should I leave it before I polish the car after a respray, need to get rid of swirl marks from body shop cutting and polishing? Car was painted a couple of weeks ago using clear over base.

Cheers Jason

really if the bodyshop was any good there wouldnt be any cutting or polishing marks in it! i know no cars leave my bodyshop with any in lol!
anyway even if the car hasnt been baked you should be able to buff wax or whatever within 72 hours, my painters generally are buffing then waxing cars within 18 hours of paint being air dried so it depends on how skilled you are at it and also how carefull you are

avoid anything with silocone in it, you should be able to buy bodyshop safe polish from your local motor factors
