No boost (very little)

Just fitted a stage 2 hybrid to my mate r5 gt turbo! But now it's not boosting at all! I've opens the bleed valve so it open fully and it will start to boost at about 5000 revs put not properly! Any I ideas?

is it running the standard cooler if so might need strapping up
