I saw some see-through rocker covers on a big block ford engine in the states once, but when he turned it over it just got covered with a mist of oil ha ha.

about half an hour after he stopped the engine, it started looking great though

When I first rebuilt my engine I spent weeks cleaning, painting, buffing etc.

Biggest waste of time ever. One drive in the wet and all that work is undone. I shall not bother with anything like that ever again. Just going to keep the bonnet closed!

Yep permission granted by her indoors to have a weekend plaything in a couple of months. Just gotta get rid of an old shed to make room and save for a reasonable one, not a rustbox. Fast road/track toy coming my way.

Inner qtr's, strut tops. Cant get any inner qtr's anymore or strut tops so the new bits will need to be fab'd.

My mate at Ford says you can still get most bits but he's off untill next Monday, he said he'll get you some prices mate. the pannels on the turbo aren't different to other fiesta's so should be all good.

Two inner quaters and rear or front strtut tops?

Rear strut tops mate and rear inner qtr's. I've been asking at ford myself mate but there shit round here
