![Question](https://passionford.com/forum/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Hi all, Just joined so hope I'm in the right area!
My question is,
I have Ford KA 2001 and this morning went to lower the electric windows and nothing happened! Looked in the handbook and checked the relevant fuse under the steering wheel and it looked OK! But the window on the front passenger door works!
any ideas would be most welcomed!!
Thank you very much!

if the fuse is ok (is there just the one or one for each side?) i'd be checking the switch next. if the other side is working then the easiest thing to do is swap the swiches and see if it works. alternatively you need a multimeter to check for power at the switch.
if all the wiring and the switch is ok then it can only be the motor in the door.

Another thing to try is with your finger on the down button, wiggle the door to body wiring loom bit, they are not unknown the break the wires themselves, not usually as early as your car though.
