what light fittings to use in garage ceiling

could any sparks or people in the know advise me what light fittings to use in a garage ceiling ,reccessed if possible but not critical .

Why recessed ?
Normal would be some fluorescents. 5' or 6' twins or singles is up to you.
And place then around the outer edges and front and rear. It's pointless putting them in the middle of a room shining only on the roof of a car.
