Like my new GSXR Streetfighter?
i got knocked off my old bike back in oct and replaced it with the bike of my dreams GSXR 750
the weather was pants in Nov so i've only ridden it a half dozen times and still havent opened up the throttle fully
well continuing in my bad luck unfortunately my m8 was knocked off it at a junction by some twat this was less than 2weeks after buying it
wasnt high speed but bike fell on its ribs and needed 1 main fairing panel and a nose cone
anyway i've been sourcing a few bits and bobs for her including a double bubble screen, mushrooms, clear rear light, carbon front mudgaurd and a carbon rear hugger
havent done much about putting the bike together because of the weather yesterday tho my pal mattie built up the nose, screen etc and put the front gaurd back on.we couldnt put the main fairings on because the bike shop didnt have in the bolts we ordered on tue
anyway the bike fired 1st time and i couldn't resist takin her out was wet tho as per usual
didn't go far because this is how she looks in a new streetfighter styleeee
hopefully get bolts in soon and get her back to how she should look because non-fairing bikes suck ass

Love the bike mate
Keep toying with the idea of getting a bike myself but the missus says I have 4 wheels on the car and tend to only use 2 at a time as it is so if I only have 2 to start with I'm fooked

4 a minute there I thought you was serious about wrecking a Gixxer 750 then I re read what you wrote
DONT they look well ugly without the fairings?
I'm on the look out for something new for the summer IF it turns up(for longer than last year) this year?

its not just the performance side of things, its the being free, wind whistling past ya etc not being stuck in behind a windscreen with the air con on etc.
and when you string a few bends together it gets even better

Only got an old gixer 750 (original slingshot) depends what look u like think it a personal thing, took all my fairing off, just for a freshen up, but now prefer it without anything, looks way meanier, not just some same as every other track replica when u do do a fighter u make it personal
Mind u mine aint a fighter just yet lol, just got the fairing off lol, but as said imo does look better, may be the older styling with smaller frame etc
Actually feels like it goes better and aint just cause the wind hitting u more, mean on response, dont know if it getting more air to it somehow, but was deffo crisper with fairing removed.
Apart from that agreed with everything else said, mind u i am a pansy on one, never had it over 150 and prefer to keep it under 100 , but that might have something to do with not having a fairing
