basic suspension setup guides?
are there any out there?a guide for example for a road car without massively expensive all adjustable suspension etc....
id like to know roughly what i should be doing for a road car that is driven on the roads,and taken to the nurburgring occasionally,the extent of suspension will be a set of coilovers with adjustable height and 1 knob to adjust damping,my car is fwd turbo and id like to know roughly wether i should run it softer on the front or back,tyre pressures more on the front or back,different for road driving and track driving?stuff like that,im not going to be going into adjustable toe and caster etc...as its still a fully trimmed road car,leather interior etc.
i know you should do testing and see how you feel,but you cant really stop half way round the ring if its dangerous to change the set up,plus it would get expensive paying for all those laps,i would like some sort of start up general safe advice if possible.
