Mk4 Escort rear arches.

My 1990 Escort MK4 3dr has really crusty rear arches, I`ve been quoted stupid prices to get them replaced, I thought about trying to fit a S1 RS Turbo set of arches and cutting them to meet the bumper, any ideas?

I treated the arches with rust converter, I just need to cover them.

We fitted s1 arches and skirts on our track car ,just cut them to meet the bumper
