when i click on the smilies to be inserted into my posts... nothing happens...

Other than - the disable smileys check box, in your profile cant think of anything else hun x sorry

Just checked its a always enable smileys box - new it was sumat like that lol

try holding ctrl or shift while u click on them cant think of nothin else hth
