as heading, what is the best way to clean out all the old grease, some is quite hard, i have scraped and used a cloth to remove most but would like them gleaming

I have just done mine to do it properly you will need to strip them, you will need plenty of paper towel to wipe of most of the grease and then all I done was to then clean everything with break cleaner.
