FRST Petrol tanks
Can anyone send me in the right direction as to how to get the fuel pump out of said tank with out the special ford tool?

Use a hammer & a drift to undo the locking ring, the whole assembly then lifts out. IIRC the hole under the rear seat isn't big enough to fit it through so either enlarge the hole or drop the tank.
