Can you get money out of a bank (over the counter), - on a credit card????????

I have never done it either. I think you can though, but its quite high interest. I think its classed as a 'Cash Advance', so you might wanna check you Credit Card terms.

Yep, I do it all the time, did it today in fact

You need your passport (or photo driving licence) and ive never been charged (just obviously the normal credit card charges for drawing cash out)

Like mentioned, this is a cash advance so the card company charges interest immediately until it is fully paid off, at their usual high rates.

If you have to go into the bank anyway why not ask about an authorised overdraft - that will certainly be cheaper and shouldn't take long to set up.
