What's the max bhp you can safely see on 55lb siemens injectors? If I'm pushing 380-400 bhp with a T34 and live map will the 55lbs suffice?

A T34 is NOT a 400bhp turbo - it will do 400 but will on its knees and not last as long. This is a 370-380bhp turbo if you want it to last
A T38 is the next logical step upto around 440ish and after that its GT30 or T4 territory imo

we were having problems keeping the laptop open, it kept slamming shut as it came on boost

Its a shame they are running out, i think we have the last of them here in stock, i dont think anyone can get hold of them anymore.

Wennys old engine we mapped was running 83s pretty hard, they do good power.
i think he had a 44psi spkie on the roller T4

what map sensor - 5 bar?bet that was lively and how the fook do you map it when its like that? big balls imho lol.
Im hoping to run mine fairly hard but want it to be reliable, i hoping to hold 2 bar to the limiter and nice spike in the mid range
well, it cant see past its maximum pressure, but you can fuel the top lines for what ever you want, the map sensor just says maximum,
you can get issues, as an example, where you fuel the top lines for 40psi, but obviously it will then be rich at 30psi, because there is fuel there for 40psi and from 30 to 40 the map sensor is still only saying maximum,
But, generally they dont stay at 30psi for long as revs are climbing very fast in those circumstances.
I think its a much better comprimise, than re scaling the whole map to work with a 5bar and the limited break points within, You would be comprimisng the drivability doing it that way, and thats what most cars need to be best at. They spend most of the time in cruise and idle, so the more control you have down there the better really.

Are the the Siemens 55lb injectors a direct fit to Cossie, how about Bosch grey injectors? There's been talk that they no more make the 55's so the grey injectors are probably the choice for Stage 3... If anyone have the correct part number for Siemens 55's I'd like to know it, in case I find a set of those.
I'd wait a little as i'd imagine the tuners will be looking for an alternative injector than going back to 803's or 403's. Speak to Stu at motorsport-developments he'll be able to advise you on your needs

Maram shafted for a start...
The turbo brand new cost me less than £500 it is on trial .. It's done 1400 hard miles upto now with no issues and god knows what punishment while mapping where it was running 38psi ...but the engine could not consume 38 in the end. .. It will this year tho as the engine is going to run more boost.

IIRC you need a fitting kit for bosch injectors

The site claims that they have direct replacement injector for the Siemens 55's.
Bosch/Siemens-type custom-manufactured and flow-matched Fiveo "Asphalt Series" high-performance, low-impedance fuel injectors. This is a modified fuel injector set - We custom-mill brand new, Japanese-made fuel injector cores in large-quantity batches to achieve the highest quality product.
