Clifford alarm problem

Default Clifford alarm problem

Got a clifford g5 or 6 fitted to me s1, the central locking has packed up so now when i press the button to lock and arm the alarm, it doesnt lock just the alarm arms any ideas as to what has gone wrong?

im no expert mate but perhaps a blown motor somewhere or fuse that powers the locks on and off?

i have exactly the same issue with my g5!!

mine will even unlock the doors when you un-arm the alarm but wont lock the doors!!!

Need to check any fuses first for the CL, then if no joy find the splice point into the car wiring for the CL, and check the lock unlock pulse is getting to where it should, may be a broken joint/wire.

Take your door card off and check the wiring it might be corroded.

Was all working fine until i locked it at classic ford show to go and sign on the strip came bak and the piece of shit wouldnt unlock so had to bend the door open, will investigate apparently the original ford central locking relay is by passed and the clifford opens the doors

Yeh the car is fully delocked, i didnt want to smash a window then i couldnt of driven up the strip, plus it needs a new drivers door anyway as its a bit rotten.

yo man you could be the next previous owner now you told the world what security your running,cliffords are supposed to be serviced and i would say if you took it to a clifford specialist they could sort it no probs.
i'd never reveal the security and location as you never know whos reading ths shit dude
