My Sierra, well pleased!!
Well I've just been on its maiden voyage, a 300+ mile round trip to Grimsby. Obviously I'm running it in so the boost is capped at 1 bar but I'm ubber pleased with it so far
5th gear at 2.5k rpm press the throttle and off it goes, it behaves like it has a T3 turbo. It will even pull off in 2nd gear from standstill with no hesitation or judder, I reckon it's going to make an excelent tourer...
You can't hear the dump valve or any whooshing or induction noise either, perfert!
Just had to share that

If you insist!!...... It's absoloutly filthy now but thats what it looks like.. There's still stuff to do but at least I can put some miles on it now.
The plate transfer didn't come through in time so I'm using it on its original plates until the paperwork comes through.

It's the breather system, it's piped to atmosphere right now and is only using a take off from one side of the engine... I will fit the other pipe tomorrow and it will breathe back into the air box. The two gold coloured fittings will be silver soon too!

GT3071 .... It makes 400.3hp at 1.1bar boost (that's whilst I was doing a running in map on the rollers that I Ionly ran to 6k rpm) Couldn't resist a power run!

It is my perfect road going Cosworth, I have a small turbo Escos that I was going to do if the Sierra didn't live upto expectations... The Escos will be sold shortly
I way prefer the looks of a 3dr compared to an Escort but most 3drs I drive feel tired and loose, thankfully mine doesn't!
