Alcoholic Drink - SNAKEBITES
Who loves em?

At uni I tried to drink 10 snakebites in a night - never did manage it
but the most i got to was 9 of em and i was foooked beyond belief
I could drink 5 or 6 very easily but after that i always struggled.
So whats the most amount of snakebites you have had?
PS> For those that dont know what a snakebite is - it is half lager, half cider and a dash of blackcurrant

i dont like cider either but a snake bite tastes totally different and fooks ur head up
There were some pubs around uni that refused to sell the drink so you had to buy a half lager, half cider and then ask for an empty pint glass and mix it in front of em

Have loads of them at uni, its always when we're out as a hockey team! They make me go crazy!
10 pints of snakebite is about the usual here! 2 x 4 pint jugs in the bar then a couple in the club no problem! You want to see it when you have to down a 4 pint jug, now that is messy!

U gotta have a cocktail stylr licence to serve them! as it contains 3 liquids!
cause the pubs we used to drink in wouldnt sale it to u! but would sale u 1/2 of each & a pint glass wiht a dash of blackcurrent & a shot of vodka!

i love cider, cheaper and stronger the better
cider and spirits is all i drink really when out.
white lightning, superT, and tescos blackcurrent, now thats a tastey beverage to get you pissed up before you go out and hit the spirits
ive taken to just fitting a bottle bong to the end of a 3litre bottle of white lightning these days and just tipping it down nasty but gets it over and done with in 20mins so can get out on the piss

I used to work in a pub in Central MK and we were actually not allowed to serve Snakebite & Black. This was going back a few years now but apparently there was a spate of people getting so shit faced and fighting when drinking it that none of the bars in MK were allowed to serve it!
There's a lot more bars now tho (and a lot more people getting shit faced and fighting )

Yup, i dont ever ask for it when out as you know they wont serve it.
Same as a lot of places would refuse to serve you "purple aftershock" ie a shitload of the red n blue ones mixed, but now they sell purple straight out the bottle.
I never tire of the funny looks they give me in wetherspoons when I order 2 jugs of jodka and rebull and they ask how many glasses you want and i say 1

yeah snake bite and blacl with vodka, if ya get it without the black in it and leave it for 5 mins it curdles 
, looks all fury, fooking top drink though, no pub serves it round here and wont give ya a empty pint glass so ya gotta buy a pint of fosters and half a scrumpy and then make ya own after ya drink the first half, the ya gotta buy another before ya finish ya drink otherwise it gets collected when ya buying the 2 halfs
my other coctail is half a stella and bottle of kaliber then i can drink pints 4 pints and not 2 at the pub meets as i wont drink halfs as the seem to go down quicker and defeats the point when ya visiting the bar more too

About ten or so here too, I'm sure someone during "pub bowling" (think pub golf but with more rules) managed the full 13 for a 300 (double vodka straight or a pint downed got you a strike - I tried it on the Voddy and got a 240 before I had to be dragged home )
My mate used to drink a dozen or so on a good night with a double vodka in each pint of "purple" as they call it here in the Midlands

we used to pre mix it when i was workin int he orn & trumpet in bristol ste!
other good 1s r Alcoholic Vimto which is WKD blue & a shot of port(this is the fookin bollox)
Also 1 bottle of smirnoff ice, 1/2 a pint of larger & a sot of archers all in a pint glass!

near enough lew-- we used to do coffee cups of superT years ago over and over and over and then you fooked
quadruple quantro and coke is good too, esp as its usually dead cheap in most pubs as quantros just some nasty shit thats been on the shelf for years that nobody wants
i remember one pub we was in they made a load of vodka jellys and nobody bought em, so we bought i think it was 28 of them for 12quid, had to get rid of em all in 5mins or so, i had 12 of them, its not the taste thats a problem (but once the alcohol took effect later it did the job) but that much fookin jelly when youve already drank shitloads wasnt too dandy

This was in the middle of the day and at first he started running about chelmsford town centre swingin on stuff then it just hit him and he fell and stayed there lol He said he felt pissed for a few days He never touched vodka again

never seen anything like it, proper legend
he was a proper headcase tho and we didnt like him with us (was about 10yrs older than us, massive, and a violend paranoid schizo who only 1 person, his neigbour, could calm down), so one time to get rid of him we was encouraging him to drink, he managed to drink 9litres of white lightning within 30mins (i swear ) then he just collapsed over the park, passed out snoring, so we just legged it

we call " snake bite " deisel i fooking live on the stuff and we mix it with pernod and vodka and then it becomes a Turbo deisel....

my usualy shot with a pint on a night out is purple aftershock, on new years my missus brother got me and him 3 shots of blue and 3 shots of red in a mixer glass to down during the 12 chimes, i was proper fooked that night
