MFI OR EFI whats better

why do people always change from mfi to efi it must be better what whats the reason for it and how easy is it to do

Got to be a lot easier if wanting to do mods etc, when it's efi, not sure on how easy on your engine never done one, but efi on any engine is a simple affair to put on.
