Good idea, you need to get them setup by someone who knows what they're doing though. Or not much point if your ECU has knock detection really

 

indeed, i have omex 710 but just like the idea of a big light flashing if something is going wrong

 

Does 710 have knock control? and have you had that setup correctly?

I agree it's only a good thing too really. At least if you can see it knocks every now and again for only a slight second until the ECU pulls out a bit of spark, you can get a bit of spark taken out of the map to ensure it never does it, and it's not having to rely on it pulling spark out
