Lol!!
They don't seem to let anyone wholefully sane become an instructor , my two are nuts 'Kate, the speed limits 30, now other instructors may tell you this is the maximum speed you should go, but we're in a rush, so drop a gear and sharply apply pressure to the right pedal.....'

Well done mate anyway! =)

Lol bad influence? On you? within about 20 mins of getting in the car on my first lesson I had road rage, lol.

The instructors like a professional looking football hooligan aswell mind, worth paying just to listen to his cynical remarks about people who think they can drive because they passed 30 years ago
'Kate, get out of the car, that old dear over there needs the time more, I dont think you'd be capable of killing anyone'

Smit - at the moment the pay is about Ł20 ph & i know instructors that make about a grand a week
There's alot of work involved mate, you have to pass a theory test first which is alot harder than the normal one they use for learner drivers, then you have to get loads of lessons in order to drive 100%!!
Now that was the hard part - i failed it twice! The driving test is about an hour & half long & the standard of driving has to be to a mega high standard & your only allowed 6 minor mistakes!

I get a trainee badge now so i can start work but within 6 months i have to do the last part to the whole thing & that is teaching a driving examiner to drive!!
(He gets in the car & play's the part of a learner on his first lesson)!

Lol.....people like me would get upset by that, The new mini I am learning in doesnt accomodate the shorter individual, and I have to make do with whatever book or catalogue his missus has left in the car!
Had the new argos last week.

sounds like a good deal. I personnaly couldn't be a driving instructor..i would be comfortable with a learner at the side of me...just one of them things u know.
