the bloke paided for it and i sent the turbo to him and he tryed it and said it didnt fit his car and said he was going to find out what turbo it was for and after that i heard nothing.
got an email off him this morning asking for a refund as i have sold him something that was brough bought under false pretense and advertisement,

The one thing I have learnt from Ebay is never when selling to leave feeback until it is left for you.
In this case i would be very reluctant to refund any monies for any goods returned
Is there any way you can garentee that its the turbo you sold that you get back???
he could clearly see from a pick what he was buying.....
My advice to you would be to send a very nice email saying that It would be cheaper and easier for him to put it on Ebay and sell it for himself he might even make some extra cash
Worth a go...I did this and it worked

I would tell him to go Feck himself. Take the feedback if necessary, its not the end of the world and might not happen. You can respond to it and I think people will see that there is a 3 month time difference. Besides, I thought you could only leave Feedback for 60 days?? If so, then you're safe!!!

If you've sold something(and you knew) that WASN'T what YOU said it was what you expect him to DO?
SAY he's been having a rebuild on the engine and got it back together(now) and only NOW finds out that the turbo dont fit!
MAYBE THATS WHY HE NEVER LEFT FEED BACK TILL HE MADE SURE IT WAS OK!
@ the end of the day it's YOUR call
