I ordered my metering unit from them on tuesday as the website says everything available for next day delivery.

Its now friday and no metering unit and cannot get in contact with them.

Just got the following email:

hi

the sales guy / owner is in hospital undergoing major surgery he cant pick up his phone

you are calling every day and every hour by the sounds of it theres is no need for that chap i sent you mail that you will recieve end of week if you didnt recieve today our couriers deliver saturday

if its not with you tomorrow i will give you full refund on this if i knew this was super urgent i would of hand delivered for you

So if the guy is in hospital why was a number not forwarded on to another person. As far as i am concerned he has my ££££ so i should be able to speak to somebody if this is a good business. Also false advertising saying next day delivery.

well after getting another email last night saying that it was sent out on wednesday morning by courier and i should have got it today at the latest i still have got nothing

I now urge people not to use this company.

Been a week and i am still waiting on something that was meant to be next day delivery and i am getting no contact through phone or email.

I have went to paypal to get my cash back.
