productive limit yes ! you can over spool them to get more mid range toruqe and kill the turbo quicker

You can run more in the mid range but up the top you will over speed them, we tend to keel it to 27psi at higher revs

in that case its how far you push your injectors, as at 6500rpm at say 26psi you might be running lean as you are running out of injectors so 24psi is safer for example
but i dont no what focus rs injectors are rated for

Iirc on a focus rs engine just over 300bhp so I'd say at 1.9 bar you have them pretty flat out, I'd get it checked on lambda sensor when mapping

Yes that's correct mo, we have done a few 290/300 bhp on std rods with c20 pistons on t34 don't think they will take much more power on std rods though

well specced engine then! what i dont get is im running 17psi on this t4 so changing it to a t34 and more boost is asking for trouble with mine?

i run 17psi my engine is standard apart from double valve springs ... its 300-330bhp standard rods and skimmed pistons ..been running this for ages and its been very reliable tbh. so if i sell the t4 and put a t34 on it [less laggy] . how much boost should it run to make up the 300bhp? and i might drop it to reyland for a remap with the t34 on it so how will they know that my engine is maxing out ? dont want any tuner blowing it up like taking it too far .p

T4 17psi from a 2L and and only 300bhp, are you sure from a T4, I make that on the cos at 17 psi with a T3-34, T3 comp housing machined out to take t34 trim.
