Default Cosworth Spark Plugs

Right what spark plugs can you use for the T25 Escort Cosworth...Ive heard that only standard ones will do, but other people are telling me to change them to something else blah blah....

Burton have told me that Champion Racing QC59C ST will work fine in the car, is this true?

Don't forget EECIV cars are VERY plug sensitive, so this is why I would stick with the OE Ford ones, as they need to have good suppression on them to work in the ST cars.
