Anyone make their own? I was gonna start buying it from a garage at salt burn by the sea, BUT they dont stock it because its more expensive than diesel ![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
, I've found a machine that makes it. Has anyone on here done so?
cheers

If ur car has the old style mechanical fuel pump u can run straight veg oil and top if up with a little diesel.
If ur car has the newer fly-by-wire fuel pump u can only bio and not straight veg as it's too thick and will kill the pump. I have been running bio in my astra for the last two years with no real issues.
I would try and see if u can get a regular supply of veg first as that's the hardest to come by and use a car u dont mind killing as u need to get the mixture right

One of my friends gets his oil from an indian for free. Many restaurants still pay to get rid of the oil as waste. My mate had to get a waste carriers license as some places wouldnt let him take the oil without it as otherwise they can potentially get in trouble with environmental health.
