Default nut and bolt quick release replacement

i know theres r clips about etc but id like some advice

basicly i have some ramps that fold in the middle, theres a 17mm head bot and nut on each side about 2 inches in length which joins the two sections

in an ideal world if i wanted to quickly split and reasemble the ramps it would be a pain

looking for ideas.........

We use alot of pip pins at work which are a straight pinned shaft with a ball bearing that pops out to secure it in place. I couldnt tell you where we get them from though as i dont have anything to do with that but it might be worth a google search for the right size you need

mark.

10mm. outer diameter.

Hartwell pins described above, probably not good on a hole that's likey to wear.

This is what you want,

Bow tie locking cotter pin;

the pin in the middle that can be released

much like the other pins but these ones may be more suitable as they are designed with heafty shifting in mind
