This lass has a wee Renault Twingo wich all of the sudden stopped dead whilst driving on the motorway.

When you read the faultcode it say's the cranksensor or it's wiring is faulty.

So fitted a new sensor but the error is still there! No spark.

Wiring looks fine, wouldn't have a clue what could be wrong!

Sound familiar to anyone?

Any ideas on what and how to check?

Help greatly appreciated!

 

Don't know if its the same as the clios but most the new crank sensors I've fitted to them come with new wiring as well. Don't know whether the wiring is faulty with them?????

 

i take it u have checked the pick up teeth on the flywheel just to be on the safe side.
