Default Cossie ICV. same 2wd/4x4?

Righty O mateeeesss,
are they the same or different? I've got my car running was hunting before but we cleaned out the ICV and now it idles high about 1k~1.4K.
It didn't do this before we cleaned it so would like to know if I can change it with the spare one (4x4) that I have.

If you cleaned your ISV, idling high could be a number of things (after the 45 seconds of cold start)...for starters...I would disconnect the ISV connector and check the RPMs. If they lower, then reconnect the ISV and see if it goes up. If it does, then...using the method specified in the manual for throttle cable adjustment/replacement, set the RPMs to stock 650.

If I remember correctly from another thread, the only difference between them is the addition of a diode in the later ones - I think they are interchangeable but may require the 2 wires changing round. If the wiring is wrong, then it simply won't work. Feel free to call me a twat and correct me if necessary.

So in your case Spiky, depends on loom/brain - nothing else.
