If you can find someone who does chrome plating they can do it. It's the first stage to chrome (then Nickel, then chrome) so to them it's easy.

try www.yell.co.uk and lok for electro-platers, as Moose says generally anyone who does chroming will do other sorts of coating like anodising, copper, zinc, gold plating etc.
