lol.. well i was goona say as i don't have the appropriate permissions on scoobynet 
i would check on there to see if he was registered there ... then ban him

Dynamic IP addressing assigns a different IP address each time the ISP customer logs on to their computer, but this is dependent upon the Internet Service Provider (ISP) because some ISP's only change the IP address as they deem it necessary.
so basically the can trace it so long as they have the correct time and date of anything posted etc ...
static i.p. is sooo much easier..
but sky is nicer than aol
have you ever been to hemel hempstead or hounslow or isle of man ? ?
