Hi folks,

Just thought I would post a pic of my van, as it is now on the road. Bought it about a month ago, and since then it has had alot of work done to it, new sills, archs, (and general rust removing) , ita had a full respray in white, not diamond cream! It has the 1.8tdi from an Escort car, electric windows central locking, genuine RS2000 front bumper, seats, steering wheel, clocks, carpet floor (instead of the plastic), xenons, and I am sure there is lots I have missed out, but I am going to start a project thread once i get a lead for my phone to the computer.



Yet to be done are :
Escort Cosworth wheels, lowered, and a nice back box with a 3" rolled out tip, and some other little things.

What do you think? any critisicm welcome

ps- I know there is no side repeater on this side, I bought clear ones, and I have miss placed one of them

I dont know why the picture is so small?

I will get more pics and a project thread started once i get anew lead for my phone

Looks smart mate, how did you fit the electric windows? I'm wanting to fit them in mine, does the wiring plug straight in to the fuse box?

Neil : Yes easy enough, got the front doors from a 5 door Escort car, that had electric windows/central locking, and got the loom, plugged into fuse box, and away you go basically.

Wattie : Cheers pal, your bumper looks better in white seats and interior getting vax tomorrow, will hopefully get my Escos wheels this week.

Drivers seat could do with a right hand lower bolster, u know the foam bit , can get them off eBay, remember u could feel the metal frame under the cloth, get it done before it rubs through not sure if mark bothered to replace it when he had them, is lookin good tho can wait to see it slammed over escos wheels !
