Default Dmf failure or just a rattle?!

Probably a stupid question with the luck I've been havin lately but my tdci Mondeo developed a squeak when I press the clutch which today turned into a rattle, there is still plenty of power and it's not slipping or anything but every time I press it in it rattles.
Am I screwed yet again with a costly repair or can I just ignore it?
Any help greatly appreciated

Sounds like you bought a lemon! You need to get it sorted fairly soon, as you'll end up taking the starter out too!

That's how they suck you in! They convince you that it'll be mint when you fit new injectors... Ł1000 bosh. Then the pump goes... Ł600 bosh. Then the DMF/Clutch/Release bearing fuck up... Ł800 BOSH!
