My new car...... ***Not Bufty Safe***....lol
Had this 2 weeks now and shes a 1 owner, 24000 mile RS1800 Fiesta that I bought to turn into a track car.....
Completely std apart from a Magnex Cat back system...
Before.....
After.....
Full weld in cage
Front and rear strut braces
Corbeau buckets
Luke 5 point harnesses
HiSpec 285mm discs and 4 pot calipers
Goodridge braided brake hoses
TSW Lightening 15" alloys with 195/45/15 AVS Sport tyres
K&N panel filter
Apex suspension
Bring on Bedford on 19th Feb where she'll have her first track outing...
I know a few people will say its a shame to do it to a mint very low mileage car...... but I wanted a mint shell to start with and I paid the same money for this car that i've seen 90000 mile cars go for

It does look well.... but I think if I was going to turn any RS1800 into a track car, it wouldn't be a well looked after low mileage model like that........ sorry

Its all about costs..... spend £1500 on a old 1 that needs alot of work or an extra £900 that doesn't

As it's late one it must have power steering, do you think it's best to have the power steering and added weight or less weight and no power steering, given the fact that it's for the track?
