One of the funniest things i have heard about one of our lots cars was about 8 years ago.
TIm's escort was about stage 2 had a dump vavle on, we went into the garage and over heard the guys in front talking.
"that car is so fast its got air brakes on it"
Well i had to walk out the garage in tears.....

i had a builder round to do a quote for a garage build a couple of weeks back. standing in the garden he says "can i take a look inside" yeah no prob open gate to drive and my bros m3 evo is parked there i go and get keys to move it start it up then he says "my mate had one of these they dont half go when the turbo kicks in" i just agreed he finished and left then i PMSL

Reminds me of a taxi driver who used to work at Cosworth telling me when they tested a Cosworth 'back in the day' they reached 200mph (down Niort Way for those that know it )

I'm sorry, but in thise situations I can't help myself and just tell the person to stop talking a load of bollocks. I then go into great detail of WHY what they are saying IS in fact bullshit.
You then get, "Well that was what I was told". Well you were told fucking wrong
