A new screw or a metering unit?
As you won't be able to get just a screw and replace it?

If the screw is missing your idle fueling will be to shit, if its the same as an Rst which I think it is. Do you mean the thing that sticks out of the metering unit like a little tower with an allen bolt head in that you use to adjust co. If so, you dont need it, bang an Allen key down the hole that's left where it should be and you'll find the screw down there, as this is all the little tower thing does, I.e pushes an Allen key hidden inside the housing down to the adjustment screw.

As said the allen key is down the bottom of the tube that stick up, if you put ANY pressure on the allen key through the tube, this will push the air meter flap down and also allow much more fuel through, just rest the allen key in the tube, it's down about 4", and adjust by turning a bit at a time.
