Mark asked on various nos forums to try and prove this as he did not know, but was told in every case it would work. This was proved by the fact that the same bottle that was in question was used 5 mins after mark left when Kenny @ MSD got my NOS working by setting the fueling correctly...

Can i state a few facts amongst this rubbish.
1/ 30k should read 22k , 15k for the engine.
2/ 8mph gain was actually 18.5mph gain (183.3 to 210.8)
3/ In the 8 years ive owned my car you have spent far more than me on your Cossies. Mine is still a fully trimmed road car with no cages etc.
Yours is the only MAD car not to perform & their are reasons for that.
You never listened to anybody is the main reason.
Turning up at Marks after dark on the day before a Topspeed event & expecting him to set up the Nitrous which someone else had fitted ,well enough said. Had you not kicked off on that day i would have given you my correctly filled Nitrous bottle & all would have been well, i could have sorted your probs in 30secs. However your behaviour was so diabolical that was not an option.
Like me you now have a choice, attempt to regain the record or go do something else.

1. Your first engine was shit, it never performed - I WAS THERE when it was dynoed and had to run stupid boost that no-one was really happy with just to get the 'figure'....dont bullshit - I saw it
2. If you had not had a shit first engine you would not have needed to spend Ł15k on the second
3. I spent a load of money on shit at MAD, all was recommended to me, all of it underperformed - hence spending more with someone who actually knows his stuff and is not a chancer who got lucky.
4. The NOS, time and time again you all get this wrong, the NOS was working, the setup was shit. THIS WAS MARKS FUCK UP , he kept blaming the bottle , which as I keep saying was fine, it must of been as 5 mins after Mark left the scene saying it was no good, Kenny sorted my fueling out ON THE SAME BOTTLE and suprise surprise...IT WORKED...CAN YOU READ FUCKWIT !!!!!

my 1.6 rs turbo is 400bhp and is still running the standard intercooler!im just running magic tree (its vanilla)injection did 210 past mcdonalds and we were 6 up at the time and me mate dave was in the boot so nernanerner!!!!!!

Bruce can i just point out i will never slag Mark off as he is not building/speccing my engine.He is however supplying the ECU and teaching me to map it plus a few other parts a VERY good prices.

Lets look at the history of what happend here,
1st Top speed run only person to look after car MAD broke record 182.6mph
2nd Top speed shootout Brakes fitted by another Tuner 2 problems on that day ABS stopped working due to the last person to touch them broke the level sensor wire undouing it, Big problem then as Bruce wanted to brake the last poss sec NOT MY FAULT but I refused to mess with the brakes on that day so no failier would happen as ABS had turned it to fault mode, everthing still works ex ABS,
2nd Fault which I got blamed for missfire which had been fixed before until Bruce over dosed with Octane booster which fowled plugs again my fault ,
Rods car totaly looked after by me set 2wd record on first run this had the same misfire on the second so never run again then we found out both had been overdosed with octane booster, But Rod did not do multipal runs so this did not affect him.Bruce also kicked his car on that day very mature.
3rd shootout I hadnt seen the car for 6 months as it was having a gearbox fitted by someone else who took his sweet time, also fitted NOS to save me time big mistake here on my part, Turns out jet sizes all wrong and bottle not filled correctly more on this in a sec,
Rear diff fitted by someone else again this took longer than should have also in this guys wisdom he dicided to remove chip datalog and power test the car all he was asked to do was fit the diff ,also found out afterwoulds the turbo is meant to be on its way Bruce was told this but he choose to keep it to himself for some stupid reason
So what happend I have the car at 730pm the night before the shootout running realy rich on NOS but did not have time to have a proper look at it,
On the day car was not performing Rods however set record times again,
Then watching the NOS bottle being filled incorrectly,
I then said do not run NOS and we will take it back and sort it all out as I am not risking a engine for this day,
I then left for the day, Bruce in all his wisdom let Kenny @ MSD lean the car off without telling him that the Lambda meter in the car was showing .5afr rich Kenny could easley have blown the engine up who's fault would that have been,
this is where I ended my working on this car, So in my own words Bruce grow up as you never tell anyone the full story .
