Default anyone know much about oil coolers?

what size hose would suit 600bhp yb engine -10? -12? including running to a remote locator as well

what size cooler is good for track? with what size threads?

thers so many to choose from!

ive not taken it on a track to find out mate i just want to prepair it first while its in bits...

Personally, i'd run an oil stat to ensure that the oil only goes to the cooler when it reaches a certain temperature.

Put the largest cooler you can sensibly package in good airflow, if you're running an oilstat then you don't need to worry too much about it being 'too big'.

Personally I run -10AN lines on everything to do with oil, 1/2" BSP is another common size and isn't that different to -10AN.

got an 13row cooler mounted, and is partialy ducktaped because it cooled to much
Looking to get the temp around 110-115 degree celcius.
