Default EsCos for under £10k

Are they really worth five figure numbers or do Sapphires represent much better value for money?

Just seems to be either overpriced nice ones out there or crappy old piles of chavved up crap. There's supposed to be a recession going on so why cant' I pick and chose what I want at the price I want to pay?

I saw that but have never been keen an Q's, ever.

I'd want the car for the UK as I'm here more than Mallorca as I'd never sell my trusty old Seat Leon Fr over there. It's still on the same tank of derv since October

So far as I know you are looking at triple figures for an Escos anyway if talking anything decent, Escos were handbuilt and in a limited number (2,500) so even less than the Saph and 3DR, for a Saph for the same price I would want a concours standard example personally, Saph prices are on the rise though saying that, one thing you can say is the price is never going to drop for any of them.

thing is with the cars you mention that they are selling despite what imbeciles think or say, good ones cost good money and shit ones sell for shit money,if you can find a 1 owner with less than 30k miles for 10 grand in any colour with documented history please tell me and i will buy it,i'm looking at nearer 20 grand.
i just don't want a dodgy q reg or 12 owner well used $8995 example man

handbuilt my mongs ? even my fiat 500 was built better by the polish.....

2'500 in the UK without all the motorsport shells that show up ?
im sure with them its more like 5000 to 7000....

which brings up another valid discussion : is a motorsport shell built up escos an escos ?

Got a 4x4 Sapphire and loved it, got a Escort big turbo and love it more, the Sapphire drives better but the Escort is way more fun
Will keep them both.

pplwho dont own an escos or cant afford an escos always say they arnt worth it,since buying mine it has re lit my love for the rs scene, meet a lot more genuine owners,as most escos owners seem to be older,a good saff will cost 8k,and yes i think a good 2wd saff drives nicer, but the look of the escos is enough for me,as for 25k plus escos i would be buying some thing none ford,
