about getting my mums car in a ditch, well its happened!!!
10:30 on backroads towards scunthorpe went round a corner in 5th gear at a maximum off 50mph the car hit a patch of mud/diesel/grease and been only past my test the car skidded and snaked and i slammed it into a ditch!!!!

cheers mate, parents are not too bothered about the car, im ok, at this point havent heard from my girlfriend who's still at hospital. gunna take some photo's of it tomorow when i go to salavage yard, lol, parts from a mk5 n e 1 lol.

police reckons i can get 6 points(means banned for me) for careless driving even tho the road was muddy from farm vechicles as the road has farms either side, end of the day the conditions caught me out.
And im a poo driver lol

If the magistrates are anything like they are here then you will DEFINATELY recieve 6 points for CD10 (driving without due care and attention) and therefore have to resit your test.
How do i know this you ask..
it happened to me 4 yrs ago!
Best advise would of been to not let your Mrs go to hospital.. i know its stupid but if no one is hurt then the police wont bother investigating it.
Anyway you live and learn, i have anyway (oh expect to pull your pants down everytime you aks for insurance! )
