6 of them for £100..and for sale on egay stating high quality.


really, I can just imagine. I guess it's obvious why there isnt a single good sized photo of the actual gauge

Look shite, if you're after cheap guages have a look at the smoked autoguages cheap and work well & look great in the flesh.

Autometer for the most part are at the cheaper end too. I bought one of their Cobalt boost gauges a few years ago. Lasted about 6 weeks before it started reading all over the place.

At least I was still able to use the map sensor for other stuff, so wasnt a total waste

I use plasma gauges, not the ones from here, mine are white until illuminated when they are a sort of turqoise(sp) colour, majorly easy on the eye.
McGill stuff is usually very good, I bet if the same gauges were £300, like the over priced defi range they would sell in bucket loads.
I've checked the accuracy of my el cheapo "TIM" gauges, and my plasma cheapos all were within 5%, my plasma use electro flourescent dials.

Tabetha theres a reason defi gauges are so popular and widely used and its not because there over priced.

People do like the gimmicky nature of them, quite true.

They are overpriced though.
