Default LED indicator problem....

Swapped all my lights to LED including the direction indicators, had to buy a new flasher relay to correct the timing, which works fine,

However, now both sides illuminate if I flick the switch to one direction, happens either way I place the switch and the direction I have placed the switch to illuminates brighter than the other side but how can I get it to stop???

Tried putting in the original relay again but still the same problem, not sure if I had the problem from the start or if it has only just occured sine using the new flasher relay as before I was testing in daylight and didnt notice anything.

Any help GREATLY appreciated.

Try working the hazzard switch a few times, as these can cause these odd problems.
I've never heard of the led's causing this before, but as they take so little power, it may be that you might need to install a 1N5408 rectifier diode in each line from the hazzard switch, still can't fathom why though, but it would seem there is backfeed.
